Welcome to MetaMuscle! With years of personal and professional experience, I founded MetaMuscle to focus on my passion for wellness. My goal is to provide you with top-quality one-on-one training sessions, premium programs and top notch online coaching. I also work with the Department of Education and host private and corporate wellness events.

Qualifications

  • Health Science Degree in Kinesilogy

  • Women's Basketball Former Division 1 Athlete & Professional Athlete

  • Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Certified, Everlast Striking Specialist

  • 10 Years Strength training experience, CPR /AED Certified
